Seven Oaks - The 55+ Senior Community was the original Senior 55+ neighborhood of Rancho Bernardo built in the 1960’s and early 1970’s. Seven Oaks consists of single story attached townhomes and single story detached homes. Many are landscaped with seniors in mind being low maintenance with gravel accent. Seven Oaks, designed as a walking community, is centrally located being close to the club and the local shopping centers. The Club servicing Seven Oaks is the Seven Oaks Community Center.

Seven Oaks Community Center - Seven Oaks Community Center is located at 16789 Bernardo Oaks Drive in Rancho Bernardo. 7 Oaks is a planned development for seniors age 55 plus. Joslyn Senior Center hosts weekly activities and programs, seminars, classes, social activities, trips and travel opportunities among other events. Retired Senior Volunteer Patrol (RSVP) is a community safety and security organization performing vacation housing checks. Direct Access to Regional Transit (DART) is a community shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off at any location within the DART service area. Priority service is given to passengers transferring to and from bus routes. DART cash fare for Seniors, disabled, children under 5 years is $1.50. If you're paying by Monthly Pass, Day Pass, Senior/Disabled pass or Youth pass, there is a 50 cent upgrade required.
