Marvel at Real Celebs: 12 Cosplay Stars Rock Day 1 of San Diego Comic-Con

No movie stars or studio celebs? No problem.
Despite fears that the actors’ strike would throw a damper on festivities, the Exhibit Hall and lobby areas were packed on Day 1 of San Diego Comic-Con International.
Thursday also saw no dearth of Darth Vaders, Spidermen and Barbies at the annual San Diego Convention Center cosplay free-for-all — with long lines to buy collectibles.
