Very highly recommended. Marcie guided us effectively through the entire process, kept us well informed with relevant planning materials and worked diligently and efficiently to close the loop on all fronts without any delays. We felt comfortable knowing Marcie conducted thorough research with our best interests in mind and micro-managed the overall journey to ensure no items were left outstanding all the way through closing. She is always prompt with her responses and is very well organized to ensure all aspects of the home buying process remain stress free & objective.

Marcie was wonderful to work with and exactly the person we needed on our team when selling our home. Her deep expertise, patience, and attention to detail were invaluable.

Marcie is the best! She helped me sell my home in Escondido and was always a source of knowledge and expertise. Couldn't ask for a better agent throughout the process.

I have worked with Marcie as a trusted vendor and she is an exceptional realtor! She is the most detailed oriented and thorough realtor I know along with an extensive knowledge of Rancho Bernardo. Buying or selling a home can be very stressful but the clients of Marcie's that I meet say that her representation and expertise was invaluable to making a smooth transaction. I highly recommend using Marcie for your real estate needs.

I have to share the exceptional experience with “My Agent Marcie” Sands on the sale of my house. We began with formulating a strategy to fit my goals. Marcie implemented the plan with an all out marketing blitz starting the day of listing. She left no opportunity unused. She then handled the irregularities of the buyers offer and made sure the many, many details were managed without error. Throughout the experience, she remained calm, encouraging and professional. I am a happy, happy seller. I can give no higher recommendation than to work with Marcie for your real estate needs.
